Which height should I purchase?
The standard pan height is 400mm, with primary schools using 350mm and pre-schools 300mm. A raised height of 450mm is often beneficial for the elderly and disabled.
-
What's the difference between back-to-wall toilets, close coupled toilets, and low level toilets?
BTW: Cistern is hidden in the wall or unit. CC: Cistern is directly on top of the pan. LL: Cistern is mounted higher on the wall with a visible connecting pipe.
-
How do I secure the toilet to the floor?
A fixing kit is essential for installation to ensure a secure setup. We provide you with one for each pan you purchase at no added cost.
